Question about 1989 Cadillac Eldorado
I think it’s likely that you have a weak connection in the back of the dashboard where the harness connects to the printed circuit boards in the digital dashboard. Increased humidity most likely exacerbates the problem. The instrument panel will have to be removed and the connectors inspected and cleaned. This would be the first step I would take to attempt to solve your problem.
If the connectors are fine then you'll need to get the EEPROM of your Cadillac checked.
