Question about 1998 Chevrolet Astro
I have a 1998 Chevy Astro thats brakes seize up every now and then, particularly when it is raining/snowing. So far it has only happened while almost coming to a halt.
I will put my foot down gradually on the brake pedal as I start to slow down the peddle tightens right up, and then I quickly pump the peddle harder and it releases.
What could be the problem?
Check your rear axle seal under the brake drum for seepage .also alot of brake dust can cause this problem this will saturate the brake pads!
