2002 Chevy venture are the front wheel bearings a big deal to change yourself. As in is it just unbolt and bolt or is there parts that have to be pressed on.

This wheel bearing is bolted in on average takes roughly an hour to change out. Just a matter of removing the axle nut, caliper cradle, bearing hub bolts and unplugging the abs sensor.

MODEL 2004 VENTURE CHEVROLET...HOW MUCJ IS A WHEEL BEARING

Wheel bearings are about 90-140 dollars depending on the brand you get whether Delco or other OEM. Make sure though that the wheel bearings you get are for the right spec of venture as they differ as to whether they are for rear and front wheels, whether yours is Front Wheel Drive or all wheel drive, with ABS or No ABS. I get mine from Rockauto. Their catalogue on-line lists all the different specs.

2000 Chevrolet Venture - How hard is it to replace the front hubs

not too bad a job, the hubs are sealed bearing units and replace in one piece. The stabilizer is a cinch just get both front wheels the same height off the ground, so the bar will be unloaded, and un bolt it.

Sounds like you have a bad wheel bearing on the front. Only a computer will tell which one it is.

Vibration and noise from front end while driving

Jack up the front end and put stands under it and block rear wheels. Look at axle boots and see if they are cracked. Try turning wheel back and forth sharply and see if you can hear any clicking. Problem could be outer axle joints. If the boots are cracked or you hear a clicking noise you will have to replace the axle. The axle and boot come as a complete unit. Please let me know what you find out.
