Question about 1997 Chevrolet S-10 Pickup
The truck sat for 5 months,when I got home the battery was completly dead. Installed new battery and the engine turns over fine but will not fire. gauges, radio,everything is fine.
It has sat for extended periods berfore , but has always started good
I was leaving for work, as I started to excellerate, my engine starting getting sluggish, check engine light came on, so I pulled over. As I pulled over it started to smoke, when I opened the hood I couldn't tell where it was coming from. It will turns over but won't start.

The three thing cars need to fire up are gas,air, and spark check these three if they are fine then it might be the starter or something else
