I have an opportunity to purchase a 94 labaron with 54K original miles..should I do it?? 4 cyl or 6??

these are good cars, but i would have the car checked out by a reliable mechanic to make sure there are no mechanical and electrical problems, a 4 cylinder or a 6 cylinder engine is good.

Can i replace a tie rod {inner} on a 94 ford mustang , drivers side without taking off rack and pinion. I need to get a roll pin off the inner tie rod and thats the problem it looks pressed in not set...

Real simple, assuming you know how to take the outer tie rods off. You have to take the clip that holds the plastic boot on off, then slide back the plastic boot, and you'll be able to unscrew the whole inner tie rod assembly. The hardest part of the whole process is installing the new ones to the exact settings of the old ones

Stuck bearing

You can punch it out but it is not an easy task and the other way is to cut it out with a torch, I do it al the time when the race seizes up in the drum or spindle or rotor assembly if it's a rotor you will see on the back side two half moons where you can tap it out with a hammer and a half inch rod, you have to hammer it equally and use wd 40 to help it slide out easier. Then sand it before replacing the race. One other thought if it turned the metal blue then you need to replace the assembly as it will lose temper and can cause brake or bearing failure or a failure of the axle.
