Problem is nobody can fix this issue for you your vehicle needs to have the key/computer programmed so the vehicle will start.

the security system thinks that you are using the wrong key to start the vehicle.
there is how ever a quick solution if you have other keys on your key ring, remove them as they may be interfering with the signal.
if it still does not start you however will need to find a dealership to fix your issue as ford is the only one that can program keys/computer.

you can get the key fobs off from ebay, and program it your self if you have your owners manual it will tell you how.
if i remember correctly it's been a while since i have done one.

but get in the vehicle lock/ unlock from door switch, then turn the ignition on/off 8 times in a row, the door locks will actuate lock/unlock and push either the lock or unlock button on the remote and it will be programmed to your vehicle.
    disarm the system.

Belt diagram for a 2002 ford taurus ses

You normally can find the diagram on a sticker on the underside of the hood directly above the alternator on a 3.0 OHV motor 2002 Ford Taurus. I copied one from the Internet and taped it above the headlight on my car so it was easier to view and use. If you send me an email address I can post an image to you that shows the routing diagram or you can use this:
