Question about 1994 Chevrolet S-10 Blazer
I have a 1994 Chevy S10 Blazer not sure what transmission it has .Less then 8 months ago it was replaced do to reverse slipping and causing truck to shake. It was replaced with a used one What they say Had 43,000mi on it. It was fine so i thought after that, however dont ever really put much of a load on reverse when driving. It is now doing what the other trans did but not as bad yet.I was parked on a hill and needed to go back but truck just shakes. This only really happens if i go to fast in reverse or on hill.Could it be something other than having to replace trans again?
What to do ? Terry
The odds of two different transmissions having the same problem in reverse is astronomical. I think your problem is in the differential. Also check for the proper fluids and additives in the differential.
