Sounds like your calipers on your front wheels are freezing,
u might have to replace them with a set of new ones and
a new set of pads.

SOURCE: How do I remove brake drum on 2005 toyota corolla

Under normal circumstances, the drum should slide right off once the wheel is removed.

If you have built up rust holding it on, there are two threaded holes near the center of the drum to aid in removal.
Insert two 12mm bolts into the holes and, while adding plenty of lubricant, turn the bolts in even amounts until they push the drum off.
Be sure to keep them lubed, as they will strip out easily if not.

If you have aftermarket drums without the holes or the screwholes are stripped out, smacking the face of the drum with a dead blow hammer will help free it up, but takes much longer for success.

SOURCE: toyota corolla ae110 brakes binding

Please DO NOT drive in with the vehicle in this condition!!!!
What you have going on is that the brake caliper (part that holds your brake pads) is bad and sticking. Just remove it, get a NEW one from any chain autoparts store, and replace it. You will have to get a new set of pads as well,as due to the binding, the ones on there now are trashed.

Again,PLEASE do NOT drive in this condition as yours and your fellow drivers ,as well as your passengers safety is at stake.

How do i get the front hub off of a 1997 toyota corolla to replace the bearing that the axel goes through.

most are the same--remove the wheel, brake caliber, brake rotor, unscrew the center nut, there can be three bolts from the back side to be removed, and unscrew the center nut from the axle, the hub will usually slip off but may require the use of a puller or a careful hammer blow the haynes repair manuel will help look under front axle replacement
