Question about 2007 Nissan Maxima 3.5 Sl Sedan
Go to this link (http://www.dmitriylerman.net/Maxima/MaximaMain.html). It's the best information I have found. Other solutions I've found say the bumper has to be removed. Someone mentioned that you don't have to remove the tire, necessarily, but it's easier that way.

First of all make shure of something.....are the headlights sealed? or are they just normal.
if they are sealed you will have to replace entire unit.....
if they are just normal..then it should be pretty easy........make sure that headlights are off...open your cars hood.....and at the top/side of your headlight there should be screws holding it......
if you can easely see the bulb socket dont unscrew the headlight intead try to get the socket out so you can change the bulb.
if you are succesful get the bulb out and get the new one in "try to avoid touching the bulb at all becasue the grease from you hands will reduce its life. "dielectric grease works good if you happen to have to touch it, just wipe it off.
good luck.....this is what i can tell you althoug somebody could come up with easier instructions....
hope this helps XD

It depends on which side you are talking about. I took out the airfilter to get to the driver side and I went throught the wheel well on the passenger side. Some of my friends took off the entire front bumper for easier access. Either way you'll save $$$ from having them installed at a dealer.
