Engine shakes slightly at idle and more after slight accelaration

However, the engine does not shake after (40mph&up) Two days ago I changed the air filter, gas filter, spark plugs, wires and pcv valve and the problem did not go away.

could possibly be that. Don't know how to check for bad motor mounts though.

Have you checked the timing? It may have jumped a cog.

Car shaking on start-up... slight temperature problem

Could be plug fouling out from leaky fuel injector flooding engine when you shut it down, then clears after running some, however, running hot is not a good sign and could point to head gasket leak. Many other possibilities too, but I would start with examination of spark plugs.

2004 land rover discovery bosh engine shakes whole vehicle when start up for a while then goes away. sometimes shakes while driving. sometimes while coasting, sometimes when idling in park and sometim

have the lifters removed and check for leak down and blocked oil holes and worn plates, broken springs. have the injectors checked for blocked tips . Have the fuel manifold pressure tested to ensure adequate fuel pressure is maintained as that also causes misfiring.

My 2000 Ford Ranger suddenly started idling really rough (like it wants to stall) and also shakes really bad at 40 mph. It also shakes the truck while driving, but not as bad as at idle or 40mph. No e

First question is - is the check engine light on ?
If so you need to start with the trouble codes in the computer.
Could be a faulty injector or coil among other things.
You should have a codes for which cylinder is not firing and other possible problems.

When i use the brakes over 50 mph the front shakes. between 40 and 50 mph theres a little shaking, below 40mph its brakes smooths

A slight shimmy under braking is usually the result of a brake rotor that is not true. Sounds like you may have a warpped brake rotor...I would check that, and your front suspension componets for wear.... I hope this helps.

Car was vibrating slightly when idling or accelerating. Took it to a repair shop and it was diagnosed as cylinder misfire. I had 2 cylinders replaced. When driving home after picking it up, there was...

If you have 25 miles to drive with that serious missfiring going on, I would first try to find a repair shop closer to you. It need not be a Volvo shop. Failing that, I would have it towed. Since the towing distance may be greater than 5 miles, investigate joining a road hazard protection program first (like AAA or others). Once signed up, then have it towed under the new protection. I think you will find it cost effective to do that rather than just calling a tow truck.

Needs fuse box location and car idles rough

Fuse box is behind the soft panel under your steering wheel. Is your check engine light flashing or on? Would be a misfire causing the rough idle if it is flashing. A possible bad coil. If its just a shake with no check engine light then it could just be a motor mount.
