hi i have just done on with exact same problem ,one of the wires that control runners had snapped however trying to source a replacement is proving to be a nightmare

check the fuse and relay that control the power window, check the power window switch by turning on the doom light, depress the switch, if the light dims then its working, remove the cover and check the motor for proper operation by adding 12v to same. check to make sure the window is still the grove and the grove is free from debris

Sounds like the regualte or push arm is broken. If there is no spound then sounds like the regulator. The inside door trim has to be taken off, find the regualator, remove and replace should be ok then.
