Check to see what th voltage is at the bulbs. It should not be over 12 1/5 volts. If higher, install a resistor in the circuit to lower the voltage. Radio Shack will have resistor. If you are in Europe, find a hobby store, or coil up about 20 ft of wire to drop voltage
