Here's the wiring diagram - key on, you have power at two pins of the fuel pump relay - that is correct. The problem must then be between the relay and the pump since you said there was no power there.

When it was transported (driven?) to miss. they could have gotten some bad ( water and/or dirt) in the gas.
Change the fuel filter.
Sometimes de-natured alcohol will absorb water.

Hope this helps.

the most likely cause of this problem is a defective fuel pump, the reason it starts and dies is there is some presurized fuel still in the lines, that lets the engine start, but since the pump isn't working it runs out of pressure and stalls, the fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank, this is a job best left to a professional shop.

Car dies while driving, now it won't start sometimes

Could be a fuel pump that is going bad. Some times when fuel pumps go bad they cavitate and pump not just gas but also air. If you get too much air in the line and not enough gas the car won't start. Have a mechanic check your fuel line pressure.

Bad EGR valve comes to mind here. Assuming the plugs are good, the EGR valve woiuld be what I'd look at.

Were you able to hear the fuel pump before you had the problem? Some of these cars won't let the fuel pump run until the computer picks up distributor signal first. Chryslers are known for cam and crank sensors going bad. Not a back-yard repair, though. Diagnosing it is half of the problem, repairing it is the other. Hopefully the posts come up with more obvious stuff.
