2005 Chrysler Pacifica heater goes from hot to cold by itself.

Under the dash there are doors that open and close to give you hot or cold. Sounds like you have a vacuum leak in a hose or one of the vacuum motors that moves the door I would hook up a cheep hand held vacuum pump to each one and see if they hold vacuum also the one that opens the door that keeps the heat blowing is the one to look at if the door stays open and you have heat with the hand pump and you don.t have to keep pumping it the hose or farther back is leaking.

How do I unlock doors to a Chrysler pacifica 2005

Wait for your wife to get home. If you contact the dealer and get the code for your key call a locksmith and have a regular key made with out a chip it will open the doors not start the car. I keep one taped in my wallet

Check out this video on youtube. I used it to change my bulbs. Getting the housing out the first time took me a little longer then it should have but when changing the other side this morning it only took me about 10 minutes. Good luck.

4that looks like your engine management light, it will have to be taken to a garage with the correct diagnostic equipment to be able to tell her what has a fault as this is done by codes and a special diagnostic system..heres ahttp://www.motortrend.com/cars/2005/chrysler/pacifica/photos/interior/gauges.html link to a picture that shows the light, hope this helps
