As long as there is no crack in the flange of the pipe then no need to purchase a new pipe. a new seal will do the trick

Engine number on a 1999saab 95

Blowing blue smoke is NOT an issue with the turbo, it is an issue with either piston rings or valve guides. You need an engine overhaul.

When i change gear blue smoke comes from the exhaust , can anyone tell me why and how to fix it... thanks

It is most likely due to worn valve seals and would require engine head removal and servicing/rebuild.

I need a "radio code" for a 97 Saab 900 SE turbo convertable SN#YS3DF78N3V7004527 can you help with this or do I need to go to a dealer? I believe the radio is original with the car when new

yes the dealer is the only one that can supply a code for a radio seeing they have the code generation software. they sometimes do it over the phone if your real nice. good luck

I would like some advise on my saab se turbo please my car is blowing blue smoke ive been told it is my turbo if so could it of done any damage to my engine

IS the smoking extremly heavy ? Extreme heavy smoke where you cant see behind the car would indicate turbo. If this is the case no engine damage should have occured. The turbo on these cars are oil and water cooled, The heavy smoke indicates a worn seal in the turbocharger is leaking oil directly into the exhaust system and burning there. Catylitic and oxygen sensor damage may occur but engine damage is unlikely.

I need an engine diagram for a 1995 saab 900 se V6

A SAAB dealer should be able to print one out for you. BTW that engine is practically identical to the V6 used in a caddy Catera, and Saturn Ion. Those diagrams would be the same, so you might want to search that also.

Motor and trans mount replacements

The part number for the trans mount is the same for the 2, 2.3 and 2.5 liter engines. It is 4356184. It is $51.00 for the aftermarket Febi/Bilstein and $125.52 for the OEM Saab part. The 2.3 liter mount you want to use will work, but only if it came off an auto trans. car. Additional infor available on SaabSite: http://www.thesaabsite.com/900new/NG900mounts.htm
