The noise you here is it in the door or at the relay you changed.

And if it is in the door, do all the doors make the sound or is it only (1) door.

    Let me know.

Outside door locks wont open with key and inside when i push in the power locks it makes an awuful noise pushing the inside door lock could it be a bad motor for the lock mechanism please help ...

I believe you are on the right track. It sounds like you have a faulty door lock actuator. ( they typically make a buzzing/grinding type of noise). You will have to remove the door panel to replace that component and a quick call to an auto parts supplier should be able to get you one. Good Luck.

When I try to lock or unlock the doors either with the remote or door switch, nothing happens. When I push the lock button on the remote, the horn sounds but the doors do not lock.

In the engine copartment there is a fuse/relay box. Check the rel;ay for power door locks, It should click when you push the door lock remorte button or the door switch. If it doesnt replace that relay. If it does click then the issue could be with the computer in which it would need to be whats called "flash programming". This is basically a software update much like when you computer does all that software update stuff itself. For the flash update that will need to be done at the dealership.

2005 gmc yukon back passenger doors will not unlock with key remote and rear hatch wont unlock or open

Either the relay for the locks is bad or the fuse. When you push the power lock on the inside if the doors do not unlock then I would check the fuses, both inside and under the hood. If they do work then the relay/s may be bad. You are pushing your key button twice correct?

Power door locks going crazy

One of your door lock inside switches are bad.Find the one that doesn't feel right when you push it in either lock or unlock. The internal spring is broke causing the lock relay to keep try to lock or unlock until it gets hot & protects.

Ford F150 Pickup 2005 power doors unlock but will not lock

I had almost the identical problem on my 2005 F150 FX4 Extended cab last weekend. The power door locks would not lock using the keypad, remotes, or door buttons. Almost all other functions worked correctly. The doors unlocked, the radio delay functioned, and the interior lights dimmed. When I used the remote the horn would beep twice indicating that a door was open even there was no message on the message center that a door was open. When I used the keypad or remote, I could hear a soft click from behind the seat. I think it was coming from the body security module or body security module - whatever Ford is calling it this year. I pulled the fuse for the Power Door Locks(BSM). As I removed it, I heard a soft click - sort of like a relay resetting. It may have come from the VSM/BSM. It may have possibly been a stuck actuator releasing. I don't think so. It wasn't that load. In any case, everything is functioning correctly now.
