You may have to jack the front of the truck up to release the pressure on the front wheels. Once in the air, the wheel should turn easier and you should be able to turn the key. Hope this solution helped your problem. Take care!

2004 dodge ram key wont turn tried the hammer trick does not work how can I remove the cylinder without the key turning

Hi Richard:
Before resorting to too much force, try turning the steering wheel. One way will be really stiff, the other not so bad. Gently wiggle the key as you apply pressure to move the steering wheel.
If it's an automatic, it also won't hurt to jiggle the shift lever.
Patience.... you'll get it.

On my 2006 dodge ram 1500, when i put key in to start up, unable to turn key in either direction

This is and has been a major problem for the Dodge ignition cylinders for a long time now. A quick fix is to spray WD-40 in the ignition. Then try the key again. The lock cylinder is the problem and can be changed for a little over $250. But it has been huge problem.

Locked up steering wheel

I think your steering wheel may have been under tension when you parked it. It happens to everyone. Try turning the wheel the direction that it will move and turn the key with foot on brake to disengage the locking mechanism. If this doesn't work, reply back to this post and I'll help you further...MK
