Had new clutch kit fitted and mechined fly wheel new slave cylender and it is still slipping hyundai excel 1997

The clutch m/cyl has a compensating port that blocks up and doesn't fully release the clutch fork. Mostly the mechanic would have done what you asked to be done but as a matter of course he should have tested the clutch operation before handing back the car. I suggest you discuss the problem with him and explain that he hasn't fixed the problem that it came in for.

2009 hyundai sonata stuck in gear

If there is no way in which the lever can come out even after you start and run the engine and engage the clutch, then it is a fault within the gear box as a possible gear must have jammed with a worn out selector. It will be necessary to remove the tansmission and check for fault if there is no jamming of the gear levers mechanically. Use extra leverage to try and move the gear linkage and if this seems too hard do not attempt.
You need to be equipped to remove and check this out or take consensus.

I have a 1998 Accent 5spd manual. Cant shift into any gear while car is running, if I turn the car off and put it in gear it will start and move in the process or start and not move but if I let off the...

It is possible that your clutch and the idling counter wheel is not getting detached. Unless the selected gear are moved into the notch the particular gear will not engage. So in this case we have the gear box as the complaint. I hope the gear oils were changed on time and so there is no scope of wear out. Adjust your clutch for full release if the clutch was not full pedal down. If the fault changes you can continue to use or else it wil require for taking the gear box out for resetting. The cost will be for taking the gear box and putting it back as it may only require the idler selector to be reset or the worn out ones changed. Take a estimate at your Hyundai dealer and decide. Good day

Manual shift will not engage in gears

hi from uk just out of curiosity ? with engine off try selecting a gear manually by moving the selector link at gearbox from engine compartment if you can feel a selection ? then press clutch and start engine see if car moves with clutch slowly engaged ? if it does? then would suspect the actual g/stick vertical part that fits into the cables gate/selection has broken ? come back with update ? and please give history prior to this fault occuring ?as it would give more of idea what may have gone wrong ?
