Car started running roughly abruptly, garage found 2 wet plugs, but car passed compression test. changed all plugs and fuel filter. could it be blockage or failure in 2 injectors?

If the plugs were wet, and it was fuel, they are not firing. The problem could very possibly be a bad coil pack or module. The plugs in this engine are fired in pairs, check to see if these two holes have plug leads that go to the same coil and check for spark. If you have no spark, you could swap the coil packs around to see if the problem follows the coil, if it does, you need a new coil.

What was on plugs? fuel, oil or coolant? If fuel, injectors may be leaking.

WET PLUD W/GOOD COMPRESSION IS USUALLY NO SPARK.YOUR ENGINE HAS 3 IGNITION COILS.EACH COIL CONTROLS 2 SPARK PLUGS.TRACE THE WIRES FROM THE BAD SPUGS BACK TO THE COILS .IF THEY ARE THE SAME COIL THEN U HAVE A BAD ONE OR CONTROL MODULE(UNDER COIL)

Getz 2009 model Compression test dry 1-0, 2-120, 3-170, 4-180 Wet 1-0, 2-240, 3-250, 4-250

not happy with the compression readings
adding a squirt of oil to seal off the rings will not increase the compression by 70 psi so too much oil was used for the wet test even the dry at 180 psi may not be correct as the compression of most cars is 165 max
no 1 with nothing is a valve problem because even with ring failure you will get a reading of some sort especially in the wet test
regardless if the readings can be believed , a variation of 10% is allowed so 3 & 4 would be acceptable but 2 is low against no 3
The head will have to come off and be machined flat and damage to the bores can be inspected while the head is off

2002 Buick Century Limited 3.1L rough idle and P305 code shows up

You have an interference motor. If you had to replace the heads due to the valves possibly touching the motor, you have to consider rechecking the compression after you replaced the heads. I had the same motor that had an intake leak. I found frozen rings on the number 1 piston as well as a bent pushrod. Ultimately, the camshaft had broken due to coolant getting to the bearings. If the spark is good, the fuel is good, then the only other problem you'd have would be compression.
