It sounds as if your timing belt may have slipped a notch. If so you will need a mechanic unless you are mechanically inclined. You fail to mention which engine you have and how many miles that are on it. Try taking it to Autozone and ask them to put a code reader on it to see if it has any trouble codes registered.
