Question about 2002 Chevrolet TrailBlazer
Could be the door lock arm has come off the lever inside the door, It will be hard but if you can remove the door trim from the door by removing the armrest and handle and going round the perimeter of the trim levering the trim from the door with a flat blade or even a screwdriver to pop the clips out of there plastic retainers and remove the trim it will give you access to the inside of the door once you cut through the plastic weather seals over the large openings in the door.
You may be able to see the problem then which I think will be the door lock arm in the door has come out, that is all it will take to stop it from opening
