The blower motor relay is stuck, holding the curcit engauged. Look under the hood, find the conveinence center, where you will find fuses and relays (read the cover, see if one says AC/Heater blower relay), if not, look in your car's manual, to see where this relay is located. When you find it, pull it out, see if the moter stops, if ti does , replace it.

On this vehicle, there is a blower motor control module. based on what i see, the control module is likely mounted on the motor itself. there should be three wires entering the module. a black solid state ground, an orange power which goes directly to the fuse you removed, and a gry/blk wire which is the control which comes from yet another control module. oh goodie. your looking at three possible causes. a bad blower control module (internal short), a wiring issue (likely a short of the orange and gry/blk wires), or a defective AC control module. hope this helps and best of luck to you.

Fans dont work in 2003 buick century

It could be the fan relay , usually located under the hood , or the
temperature sensors on the engine near the radiator hoses .
either could be the problem. good-day !

When I turn my car off the air conditioner still runs-I needed a jump the other day because it ran all night and wore the battery down.

OK, if the relay for the A/C fan is bad, then the radiator's fan will keep running after turning off the ignition. Also, if the fan for ventilation of the A/C in the cabin stays on after the ignition is turned off, the relay for that is bad.

Good luck on this repair.

On 2003 Buick Century had the oil changed but the change oil light comes on when I first start the car and stays on for about 3-5 min. Is it supposed to do that or does it need to be reset?

It just needs to be reset. Turn the key on with the engine off fully depress the accelerator three times. The dash should say "engine oil life reset" if done correctly.
