Question about 2004 Nissan Frontier
I have a 1989 ford F150 xlt and all my lights work except for my reverse lights they wont work but my tail lights and brake lights will work but my reverse lights wont work and Ive i thought it was my park neutral switch so i hooked the wires up both ways but it didn't work i don't know if i need a new one or what.
Ok i understand now the easiest thing for you to do is just get something to connect the two wires together,( like a short piece of wire ) bypassing the switch. have someone watch the reverse lights while you do this. if the lights come on then you need a switch. if not you have a bad wire or fuse/ fusible link. you can use a test light to see if you have power to the switch, one wire should have power and the other leads to the reverse lights. you can test the switch itself with a ohm meter, or continuity tester aswell if you have one. if you need more help i am here for you... dustang
