Question about 1999 Honda Accord
The car starts fine but the indicator lghts, ie. all four doors, rear brake light etc stay on. Could this be the alternator? I am afraid to drive it. I disconnected the battery and reconnected to see if it would reset the system. Did not work. Any ideas?
One of the door light switches may be bad or not making proper contact. here is what you do close all doors and then open one at a time and manually press the switch in the door way all the way in and see which one takes the light out. Then by padding the surface where the switch make contact with door it will work. this can be done by using some heavy duty glue and a piece of plastic of some other type of material will be fine. Good luck and thanks for using FIX YA.
