The tank pressure's up and blows over. The hoses in to the tank were leaking and the tank had a crack in it so i changed them.It seems like there is to much pressure building in the tank. when the motor is ideaing it will not overheat but if you run it down the road then let it idea for 10 min it will over heat. Can anyone help. Trying to get away from pulling the head off and checking for a cracked block or head as the compression is good.
You'll need to find out if the system is overheating and that is causing the the antifreeze to blow-over. If it was the head-gasket it usually would blow-over as soon as you started it up. But you say it happens after ten minutes of running. Sounds like the antifreeze isnt circulating. You'll need to check the cooling components one by one. Hoses, thermostat, radiator, water-pump.
