Question about 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer
I have a manual transmission and sometimes when i change gears the car sputters or feels like it chokes and then smooths out. Its not the clutch, timing belt, spark plugs or a cracked air filter. It only happens sometimes.
Not sure if its a fuel line problem.??
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

My Lancer was doing the same thing and i had a tune-up and got a new catalytic converter but it was my ignition coil that was bad. Maybe this can help you.

A few items not set correctly.
Mixture and timing..
See no connection with transmission.
Mazda 626 from 2000 needing transmission work?
Normally Mazda's need virtually nothing.
Run 200.000 miles.
And they like original replacement parts.
