1998 jeep grand Cherokee....(interior lights)i can not get the

1998 jeep grand Cherokee....i can not get the interior lights to shut off when the car is not running so is their a fuse for the interior lights and if so where is it located i will just take the fuse out for now cause jump starting the car is getting really old really quick....

    I just took the fuse out too? The passenger back door has a switch, that I have replaced twice. Grr...

The cargo light right at the back hatch is a switch...I have the same jeep and could not figure out how to shut off the lights, I figured this out after a while.

    When you have locked all of the doors and pressed the lock button, if the lights are still on unlock glass hatch in the back and press rear light switch in until lights go out.

My interior fuse panel is ticking

my 1998 jeep grand cherokee electrical system started shutting down while driving. i heard ticking sounds coming out from by the interor fuse box. after checking each fuse the fuse in the #16 slot (the fuse for the CTSY LPS 10A) is causing the ticking sound while putting the fuse in and out.whats next? please help.

Interior lights in my 98 grand cherokee won't turn. No open door signal and it's not the rear dome light switch turned on.

dimmer switch on the dash... lower it. it should click and should shut off the interior lights.

Cant get interior lights to go out on a 1998 grand cherokee also want to check fuses but no diagram go out when key is in run position

chwck your door jam switches one of them is probably not switching off the power when you close the door.
make sure the dimmer switch is not stuck on for the interior lights

On the 95 Jeep Grand Cherokee if you look in the glove box, on the front of it there are 3 screws remove them and there are relays and fuse under it. the front one on the right hand side is the interior lights.
