Relay starter

It is fuse #1...it is a 50 amp fuse. There are 2 fuse blocks on 1992-98 Eldorado and Seville, one located in the left-hand side of the engine compartment, on the wheelwell and the other is located on the side of the trunk. The one you are looking for is in the engine compartment.
The maxi fuses, for a Cadillac seville.
are located Left side of engine compartment, forward of strut mount. Just remove the black cover completly, if you remove the small cap only, you will find mini fuses, but if you remove the whole cover completely you will see the maxi fuses.

Wher is the fuse box located on a 92 seville

There is a fuse array at the front right area of the engine compartment located under a black plastic piece. The stability bar must be removed to make access easier. Also, the is a fuse array in the trunk on the left side wall - you can't miss it. Hope this helps!

My husband and I have a 1994 Cadillac Seville STS with a trunk release malfunction. We have tried to open the trunk by inserting the key in the lock, but the key will not turn. Until today, we were...

Does the key you have open the driver door? Do you have a keyless entry key fob, does it work? you also might try removing the glove box and disconnecting the wires from the trunk button and touching them together with a paper clip or other small wire but before you do that look in your owners manual a determine which fuse is for the trunk release and check the fuse then the last would be to have GM dealer check to see if the key you have is the proper key fror your car and if it may be worn out

Where are the fusebox locations on the 1996 caddilac sts

The fuse block is located next to the air filter on the driver's side of the engine. Lift the cover to gain access.

The Maxi-Fuses and relays are located next to the engine compartment fuse block on the driver’s side of the engine.

The rear fuse block is located on the front wall of the trunk behind the rear seat on the driver's side. Loosen the four trunk trim fasteners and pull the trim away from the fuse block to gain access.

For other details and description about specific fuse can check the 1996 Cadillac Seville STS - Owners Manual (page 314 and next).

Hope helps (remember comment and rated this).

Cant open the glove compartment on 1990 cadilac seville

i know this sounds strange, but does the glove box have a lock on it? Like a keyhole of a door lock. If so, one of your keys should open it.

My trunk no longer shuts on my 97 seville, any suggestions

Assuming no accident damage check the catch itself in the trunk lid, using a screw driver try to toggle the lasch, it should be rfee but has a strong spring to pop the lid up when opened, also try spraying some penetrating oil as likely it has become sticky with age and water.

My power locks trunk and fuel tank dont work

This happened to me, someone had accidentaly switched the button inside the glove compartment to lock, which locks everything except a few items for the Valet key, keeping trunk, locks and fuel door closed until that silly button is put back in original unlocked position. Goofy, but I suppose it's a good feature for some, sure had the Cadillac guy concerned for about ten minutes until he remembered that stupid lock out option inside the glove compartment!
