You did not say what the make model and year is, and I'm not sure I followed your story.
Did you take the pressure hose off and check for a blockage in the hose ?

How to change the power steering fluid on a 2003 carvan


remove the power stering return line and place the loose end in a bucket and start the engine then keep adding power stering fluid to the resavore intill clean fluid runs from the return line the reinstall the return line and top off the resavore

Trying to replace right front bearing hub and cv axle [bad boot on upper end] cv shaft outer hub will not clear the shock or stabalizer bar for removel and replacement on 06 f150 4x4 pulled bottom bolt...


If you have the jack in the correct location have you attempted to turn the front wheels to slightly adjust the angle of the hub relative to the shock and stabilizer bar?

My 2001 astro lost it's brakes and power steering at the same time. any ideas?


check the power steering pump to see if the shaft broke. remove the belt and pull the pulley on the pump, it should not pull out of the pump. If it does you need a new pump

brake caliper is it seated properly or is it binder and pressured on??some how and do you have anti lock brakes?? if so be sure that drive shaft has the sensor ring rite close to the cv boot! if you installed one with out that ring that will lock it up to! and do you have the obs light on in panel if so be sure to check that wheel sensor hope this helps

Cv joint repair


The bolt on the bottom of the fork need to be removed. If you snapped it, I can't help you.
