I HAVE A 2002 IMPALA WHEN MY CAR GET'S HOT MY CAR WILL NOT START BUT IF I LET IT SIT FOR 5 OR 10 MIN.
IT WILL START I HAVE ASKED LOT'S OF PEOPLE THEY SAY FUEL PUMP AND YES I HAVE TO PRESS ON THE GAS PEDAL TO MAKE MY CAR START.

The break safty switch could be mixed up with the break safty switch.If the car will start without you steping on the break,the wires are mixed up in the harness or the car was put together with the break safty switch on the gas insted of the break.
