I've had this same need to slowly work at it. stick something in there small (like knife) under the CD and you will be able to pull it out. Gently and slow work at it and it will eventually eject out. When using the cd I have found you need to be extremely slow when pushing the buttons and it works fine.

Take out stuck cd from player

You will most likely have to remove the whole deck. Somewhere on the deck, once you get it out, should have a small release button or a small hole you can put a paper clip into for releasing the stuck cd.

Cd stuck in my 2001 grand voyager

You will most likely have to remove the deck to get this out. To remove you should see two or four discrete holes on the radio, maybe behind a panel. There is a specific wrench set you can buy for just a few dollars that you push into those holes to release the deck. Pull it out and you should find a manual release for the cd. If you don't want to buy the wrenches something as simple as a bent hanger will work as well. You just need to push all releases at the same time.

Where is the cd player the radio says that there is no disk

Most cd players are in the main dash panel. If you do not have a cd slot, you likely don't have a cd player. These vans usually don't come with them and you have to install an aftermarket cd player.
If you have a cd disc changer, it is likely in the very rear of the vehicle.

If you are using an aftermarket cd player, than you will have audio output jacks on the back of the cd deck, One Red and One White.
If you are going to run an amp or external power, then remove your deck and you will see the blue remote wire, this wire should be connected to amp remote wire or screw.

Jammed cd

Remove the cd player, or have a best buy installastion center do it. The cd can only be removed with the deck out of the dash, if it's jammed that bad.

Speakers thumping and crackling even when turned off ,varies

im not knowledgable about car audio systems, but i would check to make sure your deck/changer is clean. it takes very little debris getting into your changer/deck to foul cd deck mechanisms. if you dont regularly check the surfaces of your disks for prints/smudges/exc.. you can easily foul the deck by repeated insertion of dirty disks. it could be that an internal motor is weak, a tiny drive belt could be sheared, or a gear inside has broken teeth. the lens that reads the disk information (instances that the disk did load) can be fouled leading to messages on your deck face. both problems you mention , to me, seem to point to fouled internal mechanisms. if you have kids, they can do awful things to your car when you are not around. im a parent and i know lol. the only thing i know to suggest to you to slove these problems is if it is after market deck, you may need to remove it and take it to a repair facility because most cd decks at least the ones ive had arent shade tree mechanic friendly. if the deck is your factory installed, check your car owners manual for information. lastly, if it were me, i would use a multi-meter and check for proper voltage at the wire terminals. good luck!
