Question about 1992 Honda Accord
Check your fuses but mainly the relays in the engine compartment for the fans. Try swapping around the fan relays when the car is hot and off, then turn it on and see if the fan works. Try this first, if the fan works get a bunch of relays from the junk yard. If you get both fans working and it still overheats replace the thermostat.
