Stay on the Dealership and make them fix it. Persistance is key.
I had teh dealership service manager run a garden hose across my roof for 15 minutes before I would accept it back.
Don't let them use teh pressure washer hose, it bounces teh water off the top. You want a full soak situation like a real thunderstorm.
If they can't fix it, go to the next town and have them work on it. Performance does vary.

What Causes Water Leaking Underneath The Jeep Wrangler?

if raining 100% normal. (rag top or hard top,?)
if the HVAC condensate drain PORT under car leaks pure water again 100 % normal. on AC or defrost modes, just like a beer can is wet .
same physics,(condensation)

if water is not water but is Green Coolant that is engine leaks.hoses, or RAD or over filled recover bottle. or
top of engine V gasket front ;rear leaks or coolant pump.
bad thermostat housing leaks too or wrong inside it gasket.
or heater core to right passenger floor well, core is bad.
my 08 jeep (rag) has no body drains for rag rain failures.
but the front cowl vents do. (so as not to food out HVAC air induction ports)
but not told what water means to you?
rain
condensate.
or engine coolant.

doors leaking rain water is huge topic, (seals)

4 cyl., 5 speed. Why is it leaking somewhere under the frame - not transmission fluid

Smell the fluid. If it smells like gasoline you have a gas leak. If it smells like antifreeze you could have a hose or a anti freeze cooler line leaking. Or could be a water pump leaking and running along the frame under the car. Get a flash light and crawl under neath the vehicle and see where the fluid is coming from.

Appears that there is water somewhere in the back portion of the vehicle. When turning a corner can hear water flowing. Have had gas tank full & low, same noises. Could water be trapped in the frame?...

I'm guessing it's a door. There should be drain holes in the bottom to let any water out, but they get plugged up. Open the doors quickly, and while open, yank the door back and forth to see if you hear the water sloshing around. It should be relatively easy to figure which door it is if you can hear it while driving. If you can't find it in the doors, check the lower quarter panels in the cargo area of the vehicle. If the spare is stowed under the floor, pull the panel covering it and check there too. Let me know where you find your lake.

Hard Top Vents

the vents are there to relieve pressure inside the cab when you close your doors. i suppose they could leak water if they're comming off since there is only a piece of rubber seperating the inside and outside

Soft top-1993 Jeep Wrangler YJ

OK I have a yj and you start from the windshield put the snaps/or what ever yours is on the top of the doors then down the side or the doors then under the back side window then around the curve and this is the hardest part then your tailgate also make sure your bars on the inside are loseuntil the top is on then thighting those bars and you should have a nice tight top but belive me it is hard and you might need a flathead screw driver for the corners. Good luck and a jeep wave to you!

My 1993 Jeep Wrangler, the tail lights and dash lights are not working, when I change the fuse it blows immediately?

Trace the wiring. you must have a bare wire or something shorting the circuit. The wiring will run from the front to the rear under the lip inside the drivers side door and continue along under the lip along the top inside of the body tub to the drivers side rear corner. then down through the fender well in the corner near the back of the roll cage.
