My 2004 montana seems to have a bad shock in the rear. It vibrates after 55mph and feels like it jumps if you hit a pothole. Is this what it is?

this is what bad shocks do when they are worn out.have the rear suspension checked out first just in case something in the back is bad.if all okay then replace both rear shocks/struts.they act like this because there is no restriction in the hydraulic portion of the shock to keep the wheels on the road when hitting bumps.

2001 Navigator rear suspension sagging. While

It sounds like one of your air bags could have blown. I would check them first. I would also suggest checking into a replacement non air conversion kit from Strutmasters. I replaced the air system on my 2002 Navigator and saved a lot of time, money and headaches. The lines on my navigator had holes in them and I replaced the compressor twice before I realized it. Very costly. Avoid all the hassle and check out Strutmasters.

When to change suspension springs chevrolet venture

if the vehicle is sagging or bottoming out on bumps and potholes it's time to replace springs. if vehicle bounces and has excessive sway then the shocks (struts) are bad.
