Its acutally quite simple to find just get under right by your front driver side tire and it sets right there on the engine inbetween the oilpan and the exuast pipe. in order to pull your starter out you will need to remove that exaust pipe. i just finished changing out my starter

Follow your electrical wires from your battery down and it should connect to your starter. Your starter is on your lower engine and attaches to your flywheel (on the front of your transmission and is most likely on your passenger side). Your starter also has a smaller solenoid that is attached to the side of it. Hope this helps, let me know if you need more help...

Where is the starter relay located on 1995 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 pickup

Hi JC , what problem are you having ? The starter doesn't turn over ? There is no starter relay on your vehicle ! Do you have a automatic transmission ? Do you know what an where the "S" terminal is on the starter solenoid ? An the transmission range switch ? When you turn the key to the crank position power goes through the transmission range switch down to the S terminal on the starter solenoid . The range switch won't let the vehicle start if not in park or neutral , these switches have been known to go bad ! Check fuse #6 in the under hood fuse / relay box ! this a 40amp maxi fuse for the ignition switch ! Hope this helps you !

Where is the auto starter?

when you replaced the starter did you ensure the battery cables and terminals were clean? if not driving it that way may have hampered your alternator's ability to properly charge your new battery. i would make sure they were clean and tight then charge the battery and try again. the starter is located on the driver side of the engine on the bottom. disconnect your battery negative terminal before removing the starter.

The starter is not in the photo that you provided. To access the starter, you mut be UNDER the vehicle. Roll under it & take pictures at the area between the engine & the transmission, repost and I will ID the starter for you.
