Elelctric problem

I have a 1998 Chevy blazer and the problem is that. I have no delivery of fuel to get star however the engine thas crank, but won't start. I have check the fuel pump and gets 11.80 volts to the plug, also change the battery and still the same. Ihave no clue if the computer module for some code or if is that at all. I have change the sensor on the fuel pump too but no luck. there is no alarm active.
