Radio does not work the clock does? Is there a fuse in line somewhere? fuses in fuse block all read good.

yes, there are two fuses, one for the radio, one for the memory and the clock, possibly an inline fuse, more than likely a fuse in the block with a bad connection, try removing the radio fuse, and cleaning the fuse with sandpaper, or emery cloth, hope this helps!!!

Radio and electric windows not working

Yes, it is most likely a fuse issue. Two things going out at the same time usually leads to the fuse block.
The radio and the clock are on two separate fuses. The clock runs on the constant power (yellow) wire to the radio... and the radio itself runs on the red Ign./accessory wire.
pull the fuse cover off and look on the sticker on the cover for the radio fuse and check it. I'm betting it is burned out.
