The oil at the spark plug end of your wire is caused by O ring gasket seals that can be bought in a kit for about 20 bucks-valve cover gasket replacement kit. When you remove the valve cover, you will see one for each spark plug hole. They may be melted to the valve cover and need picked off with small screwdriver. After this remove spark plugs to get rid of residual oil. This may be shorting the spark to the engine instead of letting it go through the plug since electricity always looks for the path of least resistance(conductor).

Oil is coming out top of moter where oilsendingunitis

If you are referring to tubes as the tube where the spark plugs are installed then you probably have worn out gaskets at the base of the tubes. If you pull the spark plug wire out and remove a spark plug, you'll probably find the plug is soaked in oil. I suspect you'll have to remove the valve cover to replace these gaskets/seals.

Your misfire can be cause by couple of things but the cheapest way that you can try to fix your car is to do a tune up by replacing:
1)all spark plugs
2)do a oil change
3)spark plug wires
3)distributor cap and rotor

note misfire can be cause by:
1.bad gas
2.spark plug and/or wire
3.distributor cap and/or rotor
4.valve adjustment
5.injector
6.off timing
7.ECM
8.bad wiring(power, ground or feed line)

1992 honda accord stop running in middle of driving

When you turn the key to start, the engine cranks over? You must check for spark and fuel, if one is missing, the car won't run. Pull a spark plug, with plug wire connected and plug on a metal surface of the engine, have someone turn the key to start, while you watch for spark at the plug. It is easiest to see spark with car out of direct or bright light. If you have spark, attempt to start several times, pull a spark plug and check for evidence of fuel (wet) on plug. Let me know what you find, we can then continue.
