I was hopeful that it was just an injector, but it does have that bitter sweet smell, its probably headgaskets or worse. I had a radiator stop up last summer and it got hot a couple of times so I did it to myself I guess. Thanks for the help yall.

This sounds like you have an injector leaking and is dripping raw fuel into the combustion chamber this would explain the miss and the white smoke.

If the white smoke has a bitter-sweet smell its a sign that engine coolant is leaking into the combustion chambers most likely because of leaky head gasket or worse a cracked cylinder head either way get it fix right away try this website for Dodge repair information www.alldatadiy and i hope i have been some help to you Michigan Man

Sometimes your head gasket will be bad to cause the white smoke. BUT while you're in there you Might as well do the intake gaskets, upper and lower. On the wheel bearing assemble you can just loosen the three bolts holding it in ( after you remove everything else) and either A- loosen the bolts and apply an air chisel to the head of the bolts forcing the bearing out, B- get a longer bolt that has the same thread as the bolts on the wheel bearings and say if you were on the left side you would turn the wheel to the right all the way, thread the longer bolt in as far as you can with a few inches sticking out then you start the vehicle and slowly turn the wheel left. the longer bolt will catch and the force of the wheel turning will force the bearing assembly to work it's way out.. vise verso for other side.. OR C- you can just take the three bolts out, put an air chisel on theside of the top bolt hole (on the face of the bearing) and chisel a bit, usually the assembly will spin and come out..

My 2002 mercury sable had 316,301 303 codes i put new plugs and wires and new ckp sensor it shakes at idle an it seems to idle high and has no power going up hill an is smoking out frount of the exhaust

Well code 316 is for a miss on startup and the other codes are for a miss on cylinders one and three which are next to each other.
The codes mean the computer saw a drop in RPM when those cylinders should have been producing power. The codes can be caused by a lack of spark, but also from fuel or compression problems.
You could have a short in the harness for the injectors or one of the injectors could be stuck open. You could also have a leaking head gasket or engine valve issues.

I have a 1992 dodge ram van 250 and its smoking really bad,

Black smoke is too much fuel, a rich mixture.
Blue smoke is oil burning, rings worn or valve seals.
White smoke is water, a leaking head gasket.

P0068, p0300, p0304 and white smoke on start up

White smoke is generally not a good sign it means water in the exhaust system which is generally associated with a cracked cylinder head or busted head gasket. You will also feel your engine missing which is why you may have a multiple cylinder misfifre and probably hard to start. put pressure on the coolant system through the radiator and see if it bleeds down if it does chances are its bleeding into the cylinders. It takes a special hand pump with a guage that hooks onto the radiator where the cap goes. If it does bleed down remove the plugs and crank over the engine if there is water in the pistons it will blow it out you can also check the plugs to see if they are wet.
