Question about 1991 Honda Accord
I am getting all kinds of suggestions on how to replace it. None are working. Please tell me how exactly to get to and replace the speedometer cluster.
Specifically the board that controls the needle.
For example if you say remove the dash... Well how do i do that?
For '95 Honda Accord DX. Thanx!
I would have the trans speed sensor checked before removing dash assembly. The speed sensor is an analog sensor that sends a signal to the dash. It is located near the trans output shaft attached to housing with a small bolt. It is gear driven and quite easy to get at. It is also subject to heat and road conditions, makeing this the prime culprit in speedo problems. Hope this helped. Moe
