Have checked all 3 motors available for your F-250, P2287 is not listed in the database. there is a P2286 and a P2288. Could you verify the code and post back please?

btw both P2286 and P2288 refer to fuel injector malfunction

How do I bleed a external clutch slave cylinder with no bleed screw on a 95 ford f250 turbo diesel

Need to remember that air rises. When replacing slave cylinder first hook everything up and bleed using the nut on the connecting line at the slave, then slowly depress and release pedal making sure to keep plenty of fluid in the reservoir, then after sitting a bit, tap on slave cylinder, line from bottom all the way up to the master, then loosen the nut connecting the line to the master and allow any air there to escape. Repeat whole process if needed.

TRIES TO START BUT WONT CODE READS P1293

I believe it is a injector circuit malfunction on the left cylinder ban. Might check all your connections and make sure there are no rubbed wires or bad connections to the left cylinder injectors.

Ford f250 superduty turbo diesel 7.3L Will not crank

Charge the batteries. take a Reading to make sure that you are getting almost 14v to both batteries. If it is not charging then take the alternator back off and have them check it. you might have bought a bad one. There is a way to test the glow plus with out taking them out. ( Take a piece of wire long enough to reach all the glow plugs from the battery. unplug the glow plug wire.If you touch the end of the glow plug with the hot wire it should make a little spark. if no spark then the glow plug is bad. do this to each one, but one at a time)

Check engine light. 91 ford F250 5.8

Yes you can use a piece of wire on the Diagnostic Link Connector and the Self Test Input connector.
The DLC may or maynot be labeled, but it is the top right position you connect to the STI to get the codes. Can be read with the Check Engine Light. I would suggest getting a service manual from a parts store to help with this diagnostic, it has the codes list.
