If it is not blowing any air what-so-ever your lookin at a blower motor. but there are some things to check first like the power goin to the blower motor resister and comin out to the blower. if theres power to the bower motor thats what u you need replaced. if not then its the resister. all of these items are easily fixed at your local mechanic shop. or u can find those items under the glove box. all you need to know is how to figure out how to get it out then its very easy.

Air conditioner wont blow air

A window air conditioner problems like tripping a breaker, check if a capacitor will hold a charge then it most likely is ok but if it is shorted internally it could explode when being tested. To make sure it doesn't, use an analog meter to check.

2003 dodge grand caravan turns over but wont start

Someone will need to trace that circuit to find the short.
There are a dozen or more components controlled by that relay.
You may need a wiring diagram and/or repair manual to troubleshoot it.

Is there some type of fuse on my 2003 Dodge Grand caravan that I may need to change if it isnt blowing warm air, when the heat is on?

Hello, if its not blowing hot air its probably either the thermostate is stuck open or your heater core is stopped up.

My heat wont work it blows cold air

Warm up engine, put your hand on the top radiator hose, is it hot ? can you squeeze it ?
If not, then you should rpalce your thermastat with a 195 degree.
If that does not help you may have a bad head gasket, please let me know.

Heat IS blowing out on drivers side, BUT it wont get hot ?
As long as you have heat, but not on passenger side, I would say your diverter is door is not operating, may be vacuum , or electrical, check under dash make sure no vacuum lines are leaking.

2003 Dodge Caravan A/C does not cool at all times.

Check the heat exchanger coil see if it is ok.

Fins might be full of bugs or rubbish.
Fins might be flattened against coil.
Something obstructing the air flow across the coil?

Clean out the rubbish.
Straighten the fins so that the air can flow through.
