Question about 2005 Hyundai Elantra
1. Remove the console upper cover.
2. Remove the crash center facia panel.
3. Remove Console Assembly.
4. Adjust the parking brake lever stroke.
You may not have to remove all of these pieces, just enough that you can access the adjusting nuts. Make sure both cables have tension, they are famous for breaking, and making the other side too loose.
