It could be the fuel filter and or fuel pump. But there are some other things to look at if those check out. When a vehicle doesn't start you always check for fuel and spark. you may want to look into the ignition components including the ignition switch and with the fuel system, inspect the fuel pump relay and as much of the related wiring as you can. Look for hot-spots,check related fuses, wiring and connections at the battery.

The timing belt is probably broken, this means the valves in the head are probably bent. this is an interference engine, meaning the valves and the pistons cannot be in the same place at the same time. get back to me if you need more help, please rate my fix as i strive for the best.
sorry for the bad news Ray

LOOKING FOR BLEEDER VALVE

Are you talking about the clutch? If so, it is on the front of the cylinder under some wires and stuff. Its a pain to get at but do-able. I used a 1/4 inch drive ratchet and mid depth socket when I replaced mine and had to bleed the system. If your having a problem with bleed down of the hydrolics replace the master and the slave. I did just the master and ended up replacing the slave too.

Prelude shut down while driving, now will not start. battery good

motor will not turn over at all? well sounds like one of two things
1 you broke the timing belt and the pistons hit the valves sticking one thru a piston, thats why it wont turn over
2 you have a wiring problem keeping enough voltage from getting to your starter

1989 Honda prelude makes a clicking noise when turning

Sounds like it an outer cv joint on that side. They start making a ticking noise under load and it gets worse as time goes on. Have a shop look it.You'll need a pretty well stocked tool box if you want to do it yourself.
