when you blow a 20 amp fuse it is a big short so look at starter wires there is an ign. wire on it that feeds the run cycle after cranking

Horn does not work

Guessing it's an SE. If 20A fuse 20 in the power distribution center is OK, pressing the horn switch closes the horn relay and the horn(s) should blow. If not, the horn(s), horn relay or horn switch could be defective. There's not much else that go go wrong

Horn blow out

The horn should be behind the grille or on one of the fenders in the engine compartment. If you unplug it and the fuse does not blow I would say the horn is done.

My horn will not quit blowing on my 2007 jeep wrangler, I disconnected the battery and left it over night, I connected the battery and it continues to blow. It got wet inside yesterday due to rain. How do...

sounds like your switch is stuck on push the horn a couple times to see if it will stop if it doesnt you need to replace the switch which is in the steering wheel or you can take the fuse out or just unhook the horn

I have a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I want to pull the horn fuse but do not know which one it is. Any help?

try pulling one fuse out at a time, then blow the horn & if it still works replace that fuse & pull another one out until you discover which is the right one,but only remove one at a time....hope this helps.....cheers.

I need a diagram for the under hood fuse box. More importantly the specific 20 amp fuse labeled F21. What is it for. I have a 1998 jeep wrangler 4.0 4wd.

Are you sure that this is for 20AMP, according with the repair manual, the position 20 in the Power Distribution Center if for Power Motor ABS Pump, and is 10AMP.

Verify it..

Horn wont work

If you are facing the front of the jeep. It is on your left, on the fender well. Yes, you do have a fuse under the dash. The fuse panel should be marked on what fuse is it.
