There are 2 ports one for low pressure and one for high pressure. the low pressure is bigger in diameter and is usually close to the dryer and or fender and firewall. the high pressure is near the condensor on the fron of the vehicle. if there are caps for the ports low will be blue and high will be red. low side pressure should be 35-50 psi and high pressure should be 135-150 psi

The system is recharged through the low pressure charging port, this port is located at the either the AC compressor hose manifold or in the low pressure line itself, the low pressure line is the larger of the 2 AC lines at the compressor, it is the one that gets cold when the AC is running.

2002 acura tl a/c compressor comes on but no air comes through vents.

You need to get your AC recharged or you can purchase a kit to recharge your ac. In the kit is the instructions to recharge your AC. You could purchase a kit at wal-mart or any parts store. Below is a picture of the "Quest Auto A/C ReChill kit" that can be purchased at Napa.

The ac blows warm i tried recharging and it took a whole 12oz can but still blows warm some1 checked it n said my a pump was not going on and another person told me that if it is not fully recharged that...

Purchase 1 more can and allow it enough time to fully get into the system. You can have the car running while this is happening so it warms the can allowing it to charge faster. Let me know.

Air conditioner blower stopped working on 2004

If the blower works but its just not blowing cold air, its possible to recharge the AC system yourself. Most auto parts stores carry AC recharge kits. Instructions to recharge the AC are belowl

RECHARGING AC SYSTEM

1.Turn the truck on and turn AC on HIGH
2.Locate the low side AC line (will have a valve and cap similar to the cap on a tire)
3.Insert the oil or R-134A can to the hose (Do not turn the screw to puncture the can yet)
4.Insert the other end of the refill hose to the low side valve
5.Puncture the R-134A can with the screw on the refill hose
6.You should feel the system suction the refrigerant out of the can
7.Check for frost on the AC lines and the air blowing inside the truck
8.If frost develops and the air is cold, you've successfully recharged the system and disconnect the refill hose. DO NOT ADD MORE REFRIGERANT...overcharging the system will damage your compressor and will be less effective

Best of luck and enjoy your vacation.
Greg

Hopefully this answers your question and you're able to get your AC working again. Best of luck.
