Question about 1987 Oldsmobile Delta 88
It is your Flasher. It is located under the dash. If you turn your blinker on you will hear it clicking. It is about $3 to fix!

Usually a bulb out causes a blinker to quit. But if you're sure the bulbs are all good then the flasher is probably bad. It is located under the dash, left side. You can find it by making it click and listening for where it's at.
