locked my keys in 1998 sonata

    • Hi. Thanks for the input. Tried all that, but you have to have the ignition turned on before the doorpull or the switches will work.
      I actually managed to get a coathanger and hooked the keys out of the ignition, luckily they flipped onto the seat and I was able to hook them up with the coathanger and lift them up through the top of the door ( forced open by about 20mm ) Getting some spare keys cut tomorrow morning, first thing

have u tried puting a coat hanger in rubber in door and pushing electric window switch or pulldoor lock up

    • at least u can get the keys cut ,not to much heart ace then just lose transport for a couple days annoying i know i have an astra sportex van and i leave the keys in ingnition i get up 530 in morning to got to work start her up move her back get out to open gates leave hand brake off and shut door and all doors lock . every time i forget to leave handbrake off doors lock with engine running . so am quite an exsert at it now but annoying at 5.30 in morning when u want to get away
