Question about 1998 Toyota 4Runner
Is there a trick to getting the back seat raised to get at the jack and tire tools. I don't have a manual and have looked every where for a release lever of some sort. The seat wont budge.
In the middle of the seat itself, there will be a loop you can pull and the actuall seat part will flip up

Yes, I also have the loop that you can pull to raise the seat. The trick is keeping it pulled up when you put the seat back down, for easier access next time you raise the seat.
