this code is to remind you that the coolant should be changed inline with honda service schedule , make sure you get honda recommended coolant as other's may cause corrosion to the coolant channels , radiator etc

The service interval is not related to the MOT. if the service is due you will need it to be done, then the technician will switch off the service due message.

Well the code 125 means the engine is not reaching normal temp which is usually a faulty thermostat.
Code 420 is for a faulty catalytic converter. The code means the O2 sensors are not sending the signals the computer is looking for to gauge the operation of the cat.
Fixing the cooling problem could help the cat, or you may have to replace one or both sensors, and maybe the catalytic converter.
The code 125 needs to be addressed first.

From what describe I suspect that the clutch is starting to fail due to wearing out from use, from the fact that the clutch is "slipping" under a hard load, i.e. going up a hill.
You will need to do a full clutch replacement very soon.
Parts only will cost about $125-150 US for the full clutch kit and another $25-50 for incidental parts and fluid. You will want to change the transmission fluid at the same time. Also, you should have the flywheel removed and resurfaced.

yep,, It happens,, remove the number one plug,, bring it up to TDC,, and look to see where the timing is set,, it may be 180 off

this is telling you that the vehicle is due for minor service such as oil change and filters if you have already done this recently the service light needs to be reset for the new cycle generally a cycle is anywhere from 3000-5000 miles depending on manufacturer. take to dealer and have them reset it or your owners manual will walk you through resetting
